The InnoTech ECP, which encourages the free and open expression of employee concerns and provides InnoTech federal, contractor, and subcontractor employees with an independent avenue to raise any concern related, but not limited, to the environment, safety, health, or management.

InnoTech Construction, Inc. Employee Concerns Program

The InnoTech ECP is Designed to:

  • Encourage open communication
  • Inform employees of the proper forum for consideration of their concerns
  • Ensure employees can raise issues without fearing reprisal
  • Address employee concerns in a timely and objective manner
  • Provide employees an avenue for consideration of concerns that fall outside existing systems.

Employee Rights and Responsibilities

The success of InnoTech’s missions coexist with an environment of free and open expression of concerns, where employees and sub-contractors have the right (without fear of retaliation) to speak up pertaining to matters of environment, safety, health, or management concerns.

Employee Concerns Reporting Process

Employees are encouraged to report concerns to their immediate supervisors, or to InnoTech employee concerns programs within their own organizations, or to offices responsible for dealing with the subject matter of the concern.

The InnoTech Corporate Office of Employee Concerns will enhance, support, and establish various field & project-level programs which are designed to be a more appropriate avenue for employees and contractors at their work location. The corporate office may assist in the review of certain concerns if a final resolution cannot be resolved at these levels.

Regardless of if your issue is being investigated at your work location or through our corporate investigators, every investigation is treated with the utmost confidentiality. With confidentiality, we can protect the voluntary flow of information as sources can come forward knowing they will remain anonymous. This is why the treatment of your confidentiality is paramount to our mission, and a peace of mind to employees and contractors during this reporting process.
